I was in private practice with Ray, Quinney and Nebeker for some 17 years prior to becoming General Counsel and then CFO with First Security Corporation. I was with First Security and then Wells Fargo (which acquired First Security in 2000) for some 10 years. Most recently I was part of a group that formed a start-up company (bank) where I was chief executive officer and remain a director.
