CurrentPromoted to develop growth strategy, lead and oversee sales management and sales training at locations in seven states. for an independent dispenser with exclusive territory rights for a global leader in hearing healthcare.• Provide executive leadership to consistently meet and exceed sales goals by ensuring optimal performance and year-over-year growth of existing stores and by adding new stores; serve as a member of the four-person executive leadership team.• Travel extensively to conduct site visits with 65 practitioners at 136 existing stores in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kansas, and Florida, and to scout for potential new locations to continuously grow the overall business.• Lead and direct a team of two Directors of Patient Care who directly manage 100 Patient Care Coordinators (Office Managers).• Recruit, interview, hire, on-board, train, and motivate Hearing Care practitioners; set goals and KPIs for each location including metrics on net sales, closure rate, cancellations, average selling price per unit, and return rate. • Work with commercial real estate agents to identify potential new locations and relocations to increase points of distribution; negotiate lease agreements, take possession of locations, work with architects and general contractors during the build out phase, and coordinate with internal specialists to ultimately create a turnkey, ready to operate, retail medical clinic. • Create policies and protocols to ensure uniformity across the system, working closely with the practitioners.• Participate on marketing strategy development focused on social media and direct mail to most effectively reach the senior demographic; assist in review and approval of new creative, schedules, and components of new marketing campaigns.
