Brad is currently a Mechanical & Structural Engineering Manager at Boeing supporting F/A-18 Growler in Saint Louis, MO. Prior to his current role, Brad was an Industrial Engineer in Phantom Works. His primary tasks were production system design, scenario planning, constraint based scheduling, production readiness, factory activation and shop support for various Boeing proprietary programs. Prior to Phantom Works, Brad was an Operations Analyst for the MQ-25 unmanned refueling tanker where he supported modification and first flight of the T1 test asset, led Lean Design Build Roadmaps, Production Preparation Processes (3Ps) and Production Readiness Reviews. He later supported jig load of the first MQ-25 EMD aircraft which demonstrated the use of Full Sized Determinant Assembly (FSDA) methodology for the first time on a Boeing unmanned aircraft. Brad joined Boeing in 2018 and supported F/A-18 (E/F Model) as a Production Engineering IE. He became experienced in Line Balancing to increase production rates, capacity analysis, manpower forecasts, time standards, work scheduling, facility layout design, 5S, ergonomic job studies, process improvements, and recovery schedules. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, working out and traveling. Brad graduated from Mizzou with a BS in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering and recently got his MS in Engineering Management.
