Keeping all my users and staff up to date is key in my position because when new technology becomes available, they need to know about it and taking a staggered approach to onboarding works very well and works out effectively for both students and staff alike.

Some of the tasks that I had to do was to support all users across the country as well as on site. Maintain and manage the IT network and servers and escalate any issues to my head office that needed attention.
