Brad M. Kaplan, Member of the Firm, focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax and business counseling of family-owned and closely-held companies and healthcare and physician practice issues. Mr. Kaplan represents clients on a full range of business and personal financial issues involving day-to-day corporate, partnership and LLC issues, the acquisition and disposition of business interests and the structuring of business entities, joint ventures and partnerships. Additionally, he has worked with entities at several stages of growth to create and implement business incentive programs for key employees. In addition to the representation of businesses, Mr. Kaplan represents individuals with moderate wealth to multi-million dollar families on matters ranging from the preparation of their wills and living directives to establishing comprehensive wealth transfer estate plans. Mr. Kaplan also assists individuals and businesses with tax controversy matters as well as family members with administration of a decedent's estate.
