About Brad Leblanc

I specialize in helping customers solve complex business problems with software solutions. Over 15 years experience in support and implementation services including scoping, estimating, detailed business analysis, project planning, project management, training and delivery (onsite and remote). I have experience with FIS hosted solution deliveries as well as on premise. I focus on clear communication with my customers, doing my best to listen and ensure they have all the information they need to make decisions on how to use the solutions we deliver. I have a passion for my job and do my best to chase improvements every day. My favorite part of my job is working with people. I am currently working with credit assessment and commercial lending products. I mentor junior and senior consultants, helping build their experience and understanding of the skills we need and the roles we fill in each project.
