- Managing a development team where I responsible for the IT-related product planning, functional business process analysis & design.- Project planning with agile methodology running in sprints & goals, eg. tasks prioritisation & provide estimated scheduling to the technical lead.- Monitor on the project execution / development to ensure that expected goals are delivered in a quality & timely manner.

Play an integral role of bridging the divide between technology applications and business requirement to ensure that the application development process is compliant to business objectives of the client. Mainly focus on developing business processes, implementing business best practices, defining the project & functional specifications, managing client expectations & project co-ordination, assisting in proposal development & project and team management.

Act as an project administrator to support the global fund platform migration project. Mainly focus on business setup and migration project. I have also experience in transaction processing, reconciliation follow up, reporting setu, resolution of queries assigned from internal department, by follow the standard and specific procedures put in place within the team and ensure optimal service.
