I lead over 17 teams (132 employees) and attained an 92% continuous production rate by using LEAN principals to convert cells into continuous flow cells, developing Kanban areas and coordinating JIT push-pull delivery systems for materials and product. reducing TAKT time from 7 days to 3, door to door.

I designed and repaired Graphite, Kevlar, Fiberglass, Aluminum, Steel, and Composite structures on all C-130, AC-130, MH-60, and MH-53 aircraft. Completing ISO repairs as-well-as red streak emergencies with precision and total accuracy. Leading my team to complete over 700 Aircraft missions ahead of schedule ensuring continuous mission success leading me to be Airman of the quarter and a nominee for Airman of the year and receiving the AirForce Good Conduct Medal for my service.
