Oversee the Marketing, Student Recruitment and Website departments of Northern Lights College, in addition to being the central communications contact for media outlets and government officials.

Oversaw the production of a five-day a week newspaper, including the daily operations of an up to five-person newsroom. Assigned and edited stories, selected photographs, laid out broadsheet pages, liaised with the public, and filled in as reporter/photographer as required.

Covered all sports in west-central Saskatchewan, from high school sports, all levels of hockey, and baseball. Produced stories and took photographs for publication in five different weekly papers.
