With almost 20 years of experience in brand-building, leadership, and community-driven projects, I’m all about creating purpose-driven brands that inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impact.As Marketing Director at Wellington Brewery, I’ve had the privilege of leading the marketing and strategic vision for one of Canada’s original craft brewers. From managing a diverse brand portfolio and spearheading transformative rebranding efforts to pioneering the company’s entry into the non-alcoholic space and launching over 40 products into new markets, I’ve consistently driven steady sales growth and brand evolution.In addition to my work at Wellington Brewery, I’m proud to be a lead organizer of Guelph.Beer, an initiative dedicated to enhancing Guelph’s beer culture. One of our standout projects, the Guelph.Beer Bus, has attracted thousands of craft beer enthusiasts to the city, been featured in the Globe & Mail, and was awarded ‘Culinary Tourism Event of the Year’ in 2023, solidifying Guelph’s reputation as a world-class beer destination.Beyond beer, I spent 15 years leading Kazoo! Fest, a groundbreaking music series that showcased thousands of emerging artists through 400+ shows and 15 annual festivals. As the founder and Festival Director, I shaped the strategic vision, secured funding, managed budgets, and led teams while overseeing the creative direction. This experience provided invaluable insights into organizational leadership, refining my skills in team management, strategic planning, and executing large-scale events that made a significant cultural impact in Guelph.With a rich background in marketing, leadership, and community-driven initiatives, I’m motivated by the opportunity to create lasting impact through innovation, collaboration, and strategic vision.
