After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo with a focus in communications, Brad McMichael acquired a position in graphic design / web design at Pearson & Pearson. After only 6 months of hard work and dedication, Brad had worked himself up to the International Sales Manger at Pearson & Pearson and was responsible for more than 1 million in sales in his first year. Brad continued to be actively involved in the alcohol beverage industry, taking part in helping grow over 20 brands as well as introduce several new brands to the market on a national level. Brad also became very knowledgable in federal and state compliance across all 50 states, a skill needed to sell alcoholic beverages in the global market, and was eventually promoted to VP of Sales at Pearson & Pearson. In early 2014, Brad changed career paths to pursue a career in software sales and marketing at Tranztec Solutions. He now is part of the sales & marketing team that develops campaigns for new software innovations focused around the logistics industry.
