The General Manager of Performance is responsible for the performance outcomes for the sport. It concentrates on setting environments where expectations are continually meet and exceeded through being the global benchmark for touch football. This includes leading performance programs, providing first class events, managing tours, setting and refining policy, enhancing education and guidance for the wider sport, organisation, players and volunteers.

The General Manager of Participation will provide leadership and strategic direction for the sport of Touch Football nationally. As a collaborative leader, the General Manager of Participation will ensure strong levels of engagement through inclusion, competitions, schools, staff and volunteer network whilst contributing to the success of the organisation as a key member of the Leadership Team.

Responsible for the growth in participation levels, the development of the volunteer network through Education and Resource, the implementation of the Commercial Competition Strategy and managing the Sport in Schools program.

Creating the opportunity to increase participation levels in NRL Touch Football through strategic Commercial Competitions around the country. Working closely with the NRL, stakeholders and state partners to achieve the strategic goal of 400 locations nationally in the largest social sport in Australia.

Operating in Touch Football Administration for over 15 years accountable for overseeing 1500 stakeholders enhancing the functionality of the association to one of the premier clubs in NSW. Leading by example to demand a high performance multi-facet team of diverse and innovative committees to implement a brand that is effective and proactive. Utilising effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong networking with key stakeholders both internal and external to our sport including governing bodies, sponsors, staff, volunteers, members and government bodies. Providing strategic direction for Sydney Scorpions Touch Football to promote a clear direction for task orientated and outcome focused goals, which are result and policy driven. The role is to ensure the successful delivery of events in accordance with internal and external stakeholders surrounding our sport.The Technical Director role demands an emphasis on operations with a creative skill set to resolve production problems within the processes of the technical arm.
