-Work with other team members (Exploitation, Exploration, Mineral Land, and Operations) to meet production and financial targets for my field codes.-Manage and develop production facilities and pipelines to deal with bottlenecks and exploratory growth.-Research and evaluate completions/workovers to maximize the Company's oil and natural gas production.-Well design, artificial lift, and optimization; consolidations when necessary.-Orchestrate annual well reviews with Operations to ensure optimization.-Work with asset team to develop exploratory locations.

Role consisted of Integrity/Field Technician responsibilities supplemented with production projects/opportunities in the St. Albert North and South areas. Operating:-Eight months operating in seven different conventional oil and gas fields including: Rimbey, Ferrier, and Hobbema. -Compression, facilities, compression, sour gas, well operations, well and facility troubleshooting, turnaround, valves, pipefitting, artificial lift, pipeline corrosion mitigation including pigging, measurement, sampling, testing, and safety.Drilling and Completions:-Three months of field development, well drilling and servicing experience in Woodenhouse/Livock/West Pembina. -Operating CHOPS heavy oil wells and facilities-Drilling directional and stratiagraphic heavy oil wells-Completion/workover/consulting experience-Road and pad construction-Wellsite/pad setup and commissioning-Pipeline construction-Hydraulic fracturing and stimulation in West Pembina
