Organizational Development: Develop business and management systems to support TAP staff to deliver the highly personal service our coaching requires.II. Brand Development: Find new avenues to educate the marketplace about the TAP mission and service. Clearly communicate the life-changing potential of the TAP training methodologyIII. Corporate Wellness Consultant: To work with TAP corporate clients in developing and implementing customized corporate wellness programs.IV. Business Development: Seek out and actualize new avenues to apply the TAP training methods to those seeking optimum fitness and health.

Responsibilities:I. Risk Management oversight of the company's 2,000 traders, corporate partners, and affiliate offices.II. Quickly resolve daily trading operational issues such as software failures, trade breaks, slow or inaccurate trade confirmations and trading haults.III. Trader Management / RetentionIV.
