There are many great ideas out there but very few can create commercial value. This is even more apparent when you are looking at delivering new initiatives on a global scale. Complexity around technical implementation, maintenance of the marketing success factors and product realisation in low cost regions all make for a roller coaster ride that does not always end well.Working as a 'trusted advisor' with international and Australian clients I am able to draw upon many years of expertise across a range of markets and technology applications to help build strategic partnerships and provide guidance on the journey. Whether you are in Agtech, Mining, Medtech or Industry please feel free to reach out to me if you wish to explore the possibilities.
