We also provide non-medical care to clients who may be in an independent living or assisted living environment but need a bit more individual care than can be provided by the community. We successfully keep our clients in their own homes or current environment as long as possible, rather than moving to a higher level and more costly care environment. We also provide caregivers to people recently dicharged from hospitals and rehab communities helping them to be independent, while they heal safely, as well as preventing hospital readmission. Synergy HomeCare provides many solutions to seniors and their families who need a non-medical solution to providing in home care to a loved one. We are licensed by the State of Washington as a Home Care Provider. We only hire Caregivers with their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential or Home Care Aid, (HCA), experienced and certified to provide this level of care. We do thorough back ground checks and insure our caregivers.
