Responsible for developing and delivering strategic consultancy services that meet the corporate objectives and strategies of CAMMS and its clients. CAMMS implements, develops and supports a suite of globally competitive Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence solutions to clients in Australia, New Zealand, North America, the United Kingdom and Asia. Provide leadership and project management for high level and multi-tiered service consultancy projects. Develop best practice methodology to support delivery of successful projects. Undertake scoping and project manage implementation of integrated strategic and business planning, performance measurement and management, governance/risk/compliance management, ESG and business process improvement software solutions. Accountable to the Vice President Services.

Provide qualified and experienced subject matter expertise to develop, review and implement improved practices and integrated software tools for successful enterprise planning, performance, ESG and GRC.

Senior level consultancy work including community, strategic and business planning, organisational and service reviews, enterprise risk management, performance management/measurement, project management, asset management planning, long term financial planning, workforce planning, governance, economic development, regional development, business process improvement, business intelligence, community consultation and facilitation work. Facilitated the development of over 40 strategic plans and numerous business plans for clients in all states of Australia and in New Zealand. Clients include those from the Commonwealth, State and Local Government, Health, Utilities, Finance and Not for Profit sectors. Prepared and delivered a series of advanced strategic planning courses for the Local Government Association of South Australia and advanced performance management courses for clients in Victoria and New South Wales.Led the development of a range of service strategic plans including economic development, tourism, environmental health, sport and recreation.Accountable to the General Manager, Australia and New Zealand.

Accountable to the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Executive for the corporate development, implementation and management of the Government Management Framework (GMF) planning reforms (lead agency), corporate strategic planning process, quality management/best practice initiatives including Australian Business Excellence Framework and Balanced Scorecard, and corporate policy response including inter-governmental relations.Member of the South Australian Government's GMF Strategic Portfolio Group, Chair of PIRSA GMF Reference Group.Led development of PIRSA Strategic Plans 1999-2001 and 2001-2003.

Responsibility for corporate development, implementation and management of the Government Management Framework (GMF) public sector planning reforms, as the pilot agency for the South Australian Government in cooperation with the Department of Treasury & Finance and the Office of Premier & Cabinet. Managed corporate strategic planning and the electronic "Information Management & Distribution Program" - which received 5 national awards including the Australian Government Technology Productivity Award, 1998.
