Senior Success Engineer
CurrentLead discovery sessions and act as a subject matter expert to understand customer requirements.Relate the Riskonnect Application (Salesforce) to the customer’s business needs.Assist customers in optimizing their use of the Riskonnect Application (Salesforce) via workflow guidance or by identifying automation, proactive monitoring, and integration opportunities.Deliver high-quality documentation of customer requirements and design specifications for implementation.Produce deliverables on the Riskonnect Application (Salesforce) including configuration and workflows, detailed technical documentation and unit test plans.Install, configure, and upgrade customer’s Riskonnect Application (Salesforce) configurations.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.Prioritize deliverables in conjunction with the customer stakeholders and Riskonnect resources.Deliver training tailored to customer-specific configuration and business requirements telephonically and in-person.Train customers on emerging risk management technology topics.Work closely and successfully with other departments including Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services and Data Services.Produce deliverables or specifications on secondary platforms including Adobe, Conga, Insights and IBM Cognos
