System Leadership Experience• BPS 3000 upgrade: collaborated with G & D and system personnel to upgrade BPS 3000 equipment in both Cincinnati and Cleveland• Active member of the CAC Business Resilience Subcommittee collaborating with armored carry and depository institutions on the development of an industry playbook that can be utilized across the cash system during times of stress to meet the public demand for currency and coin. • Long-Term Cash Facilities Project.: Ongoing review of the Cash Services system footprint and reviewing both quantitative and qualitative information to develop recommendations for future investments. • Project leader tasked with analyzing the system vault capacity. I was provided analytic and operational support from across the system and formed a team to conduct a deep dive census of each office’s vault capabilities. The team developed a comprehensive survey and followed-up with interviews to glean the most accurate data available including capacity by unique container and bundle.
