• Perform lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments and clearances. (Certified MI Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor / Supervisor #P-01928). • Perform asbestos inspections and testing (Certified MI Asbestos Inspector #A30656) • Deal with a variety of clients ranging from public entities, large property management companies/owners, and private homeowners.• Field phone calls from clients, supply bids and compile detailed reports following inspections. • Perform all billing and accounting.

• Engage with anglers and distribute Eat Safe Fish materials at various fishing sites along the Huron River and connected waterways.• Inform anglers about PFAS contamination and potential health/environmental effects • Collaborate with local non profits to share information and work toward a common goal.• Accurately fill and maintain MDHHS observational forms with data collected from the field.

• Perform general maintenance of various park buildings and park grounds.• Provide general information, settle disputes and help facilitate a pleasant park experience.• Collect park fees • Inform the public regarding park rules and enforce said rules, if necessary. • Respond to emergencies within the park and inform local authorities • Maintain and operate various equipment including: tractors, skids steer, mowers, chainsaws, and various other small engine driven equipment.

• Perform maintenance, clean up, and minor construction projects at various recreational areas including: campgrounds, trails and day use areas. • Provide general information, as well as, explain rules and regulations to forest visitors. • Provide support to campground hosts. • Patrol as a Forest Protection Officer (FPO) and ensure safe/legal use of campgrounds, trails and other forest areas. • Perform day to day maintenance on lawnmowers, landscape equipment, tractors and trailers. • Ride ORV's on trails to log out and trim any obstructions to ensure usability.• Log out and trim hiking trails. • Operate tractors to mow campgrounds and maintain trails.
