Work with various units of Pennecon Energy to deliver appropriate solutions to the needs both onshore and offshore. Contract review and project coordination / oversight as required.

• Contract development and management of two significant custom design-build-commission projects in the Mining and the Salt reclaiming \ ship loading industries• Lead Designer for all 4 Branches (3 hydraulic and one custom machine design / fabrication) with a primary role of assessing equipment and identifying revitalization, enhancment possibilities• Interim management of the new engineering group while a new fabrication division was under development• Technical support of various projects, including the WBS, Quality, Milestone and Financial aspects (both creation and maintenance)

• Promotion of house products through system evaluation and upgrading of customer equipment. • Provision of technical and engineering support for all branches, as well as providing field support in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems. • Management of field projects consisting of large work scopes. Heavily biased to Industrial sector integration of the PLC over Hydraulic• Creation and provision of hydraulic and electrical control training for in-house staff.

• Diagnose hydraulic problems in an industrial and forestry marketplace. • Complete component level repair and upgrade equipment as required. • Modernization of hydraulic power units for Trenton Car Works in the Wheel and Axle shop as well as the Punch and Shear Department.

• Review the viability of opening a branch in Fredericton. Assist in the company’s product support. • Creation of a service liaison in New Brunswick.• Support of sales in New Brunswick, both components and service.

• Diagnose hydraulic system problems and repair as necessary in an offshore, mobile, marine or industrial environment as required. • Supervision of field installations for Projects such as New Dock (NL) Herring Seiner including material procurment and resource planning.• Field Lead for projects such as First Oil-Panuke and Sable Island, Hibernia (various utilities including well-head control), reporting to the Project manager
