More than 15 years later, and a series of customer program management, completion and delivery, and sales leadership roles, I have improved customer satisfaction scores (the number one metric for executive leaders), increased sales revenues, and led dozens of continuous process improvement initiatives.Highlights of my accomplishments include:► Started up, launched, and led a new organization that achieved increases in customer satisfaction scores and response rates, creating a high-performing team culture and performance standards to drive a seamless customer experience.► Recognized as a strategic and operational leader, earning selection to serve on the Customer AdvisoryBoard, Completions Change Management Team, and graduate and mentor of the Management Development Program.► Identified and introduced processes to capture revenue-generating opportunities, delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars in new revenue, with a 35%+ adoption rate of product improvements/investments.► Transformed employee development to align with individual roles and career goals (and responses toemployee survey), defining high-level strategic goals and objectives, and empowering managers to execute individual metrics.These achievements are indicative of my entire professional career—identifying and developing new business opportunities, restructuring and strengthening business operations, and building collaborative and trusted relationships inside and outside an organization to deliver on aggressive goals.At this point in my career, I am seeking a general management/executive leadership role where I can continue to provide strategic and operational leadership.
