Primary focus is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Conference office, including financial operations. Duties include developing schedules and providing oversight for men’s and women’s basketball and football, serving as a liaison to the officiating coordinators and coaching groups for football, men’s basketball and baseball, overseeing bidding for and directing of NCAA championship events, managing the Conference television and serving as the director of the OVC men’s and women’s basketball tournament. Also serve as the OVC liaison to the Board of Directors of Athletics. Serve as Conference liaison to OVC subcommittees as assigned, including OVC Cost Containment, Football Scheduling, Basketball Tournament Format and Women Basketball Issues subcommittees. Member of the NCAA Division I Championships/Sports Management Cabinet from 2009-2011. Served as Tournament Manager of the 2012 Men's Basketball Championship 2nd & 3rd rounds in Nashville, TN. Named to NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Committee in March 2012.

Served as the primary spokesperson for the Conference and was responsible for supervision of staff and administration of all conference membership services and operations. As Interim Commissioner, took a leadership role in securing the 2012 2nd and 3rd rounds of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championships in Nashville, TN, with the Ohio Valley Conference serving as the host. Negotiated a three-year agreement for the new home of the OVC Baseball Championship. Worked with civic leaders in Nashville to develop a strategic approach to raise funds for the 2014 NCAA Women’s Final Four, which will be hosted in Nashville, TN.

Primary focus was coordinating the marketing efforts for the league’s 13 sponsored sports and handling all aspects of television, including contract negotiations. Managed both the marketing and television budgets for the WCC. Took lead role in negotiating WCC’s television contract with ESPN. Worked closely with the WCC’s third-party marketing firm in developing the league’s corporate partner program. Additional responsibilities include coordinating conference schedules for the league’s six round-robin sports and creating the conference television schedules for all league sports, including men’s and women’s basketball. Serve as administrator to the league’s women’s volleyball coaches and marketing directors. Additional responsibilities include some championship management duties.

Primary focus was coordinating the media relations efforts for the league’s 13 sponsored sports. Duties included maintenance of the WCC website, publications and public relations endeavors. Responsibilities also included producing weekly releases, coordinating statistical information, and distribution of league materials to the media and the WCC’s fan base through mail, email, fax and the internet. Served as Media Director of WCC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships, where my duties included serving as press conference moderator, media room coordinator and game management. Additional responsibilities included serving as administrator to the league’s sports information directors. In summer of 2001, developed the WCC Commissioner’s Cup Award, which annually recognizes the league’s top performing men’s, women’s and overall athletic program in the West Coast Conference.
