Directly managed several of Iron Mountain’s largest systems integrator relationships. Through sales of Iron Mountain’s tape management storage and service solutions, these relationships are worth more than $14M in annual revenue. Within Iron Mountain sales structure, uniquely manage these customers’ corporate relationships globally across every service line. Successfully re-contracted all of assigned accounts to long term agreements.

Primary responsibility was the management of 11 account managers who covered over 1500 existing customer accounts. Iron Mountain Boston is one of the Top Five markets in the company and represents over $50 million in annual revenue. Participated as part of a team that strategically analyzed the existing account base in order to maximize account retention and provide information solutions to our customers. These solutions brought additional $5M of budgeted revenue to the District.
