Sr. Energy Services Project Manager - Climatec BTG April 2009 to Present Managed various construction and Energy retrofit project throughout Arizona and California. Performed project scheduling, subcontract administration, customer relations, state & local agency interface, code and safety compliance.During my with Climatec, successfully executed in depth controls construction projects for Phoenix Children's Hospital New Tower, Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ new Data Center and ASU Barret Honors College. Worked closely with GC, Owner, Engineer of Record and Commissioning Agent to implement controls strategies for the facilities. Projects were successfully completed within scheduled project time line and budget. These project were installed concurrently totaling $5M in revenue Energy Services projects include K-12 schools in both Arizona and California. Effectively worked with Arizona Schools Facility Board, California Department of State Architect and owner to execute projects without incident. Negotiated and executed sub contracts for Controls installation, Mechanical piping along with HVAC unit change out, Electrical, Roofing, Lighting Retrofit and Fire Life systems integration. Worked vigorously with all parties to motivate and drive project execution to meet the financial needs and project schedule. Routinely met or exceeded WIP and Monthly Revenue Forecast.All projects were executed without any lost time due to injury or neglect. Implemented and executed contingency plans to cope with weather delays and owner related items "such as special events".The sum total of individual contribution of Energy Services work to date is in the range of $19M in revenue.
