Responsibilities included monitoring daily progress of students, adjusting programs as necessary for students to achieve successes in various areas, while coaching students through frustrations.

Summers 2019, 2020, 2021Managed day-to-day operations of both academic and camp programming for an average of 40 rising 8th and 9th grade students. Oversaw the hiring and management of 10-15 staff members. Designed and reviewed curriculums, determined student cohort groupings, created parent communications, and planned field trips and camp activities
