I have over fourteen years of experience in developing and validating a variety of integrated system. My work history has provided me with a diversity of software and hardware skills which allow me to relate to all aspects of a system’s life cycle. Though I have worked with many languages throughout my ten plus years, I have specialized in the National Instrument’s LabVIEW programming environment. Enough so that, I have maintained a certification as a LabVIEW Architect for ten years.During my time working with LabVIEW, I have created Windows, Real-time and FPGA applications. These applications have ranged from simple data acquisition systems to an award winning Well Fracking application. I have also had the pleasure in designing a non-invasive patient monitoring medical device to improve a patient’s recovery from dialysis treatments. The variety of application designs have given me immeasurable exposure to all forms of software designs and validation procedures.I am fully aware of both the need to deploy an application within time and budget constraints. I’m also aware that as a system is being created, scope will evolve. This evolution makes understanding and focusing on the entire system crucial to maintaining the desired goals of the application. I have worked tirelessly with my previous clients to discover and document changes to the system requirements that may affect budget or time. I am a driven individual that focuses on maintaining a flexible strategy to fulfill the overall system requirements.
