-Led change management and communications for L&D Transformation initiative. Developedguidelines, best practices, and cadence for all communications during transition. Alsoplanned, sourced, and executed change management program regionally across globallearning footprint.-Organized multiple external speakers to present to MetLife global associates as part of leadingthe Workforce of the Future Speaker Series. Managed planning, approval, budgeting,translations, marketing, and day-of execution of the series.-Led action learning team project focused on developing a dashboard prototype for theMetLife Way team. Created a prototype to consolidate reporting, standardize calculations, andoffer real-time updates of all global lean projects to be used by MetLife Way team andleadership.

- Proposed implementation of streamlined process to eliminate delays providing agencydistribution channel reports for key metrics in small market dental sales process. Processwould result in a 60% time to market reduction with zero increased costs.- Gathered competitive intelligence on small market competitors through earnings calls, tradepublications, and sales teams to launch a digital sales guidebook for sales associates.- Proposed key product features for a new small market digital platform based on additionalcompetitive intelligence gathered on existing digital platforms in the market as well asinsights gained from past agency distribution discussions.

- Responsible for state of NJ’s profit/ loss - Eliminated unprofitable and low premium segment of business resulting in 18% increase inoverall profit and 12% increase in average account size through first quarter 2016- Developed and coordinated plan between underwriting and sales to slow rate of new accountsunder $5K in premium and increase those of $25K+. New submissions of under $5K accountsslowed 26%, while $25K+ account submissions grew by 28% within six months
