Brad serves as the Chief Strategy & Financial Officer at Decisely, an insurtech company offering benefits brokerage and HR services with integrated technology solutions for small businesses. Supported by licensed benefit brokers and industry professionals, the Decisely solution provides the right mix of healthcare benefits, recruiting, HR admin, compliance, payroll and retirement on one easy-to-use platform.He previously served as Managing Director and President of Europe and Middle East for BCG BrightHouse. He joined BCG's Atlanta office in 2001 and left in 2004 to help start (r)evolution partners, a growth and innovation strategy firm that was acquired by Prophet in 2012. Brad returned to BCG in 2016, after BCG's acquisition of BrightHouse. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of BCG BrightHouse to help grow and scale the firm globally. In 2018, Brad and his family moved to Berlin to start and build the BCG BrightHouse business in Europe and the Middle East. His worked principally focused on helping BCG's global clients to improve their business performance and impact. He has deep experience in industrial goods, automotive, telecom, healthcare, public sector, insurance, financial services and consumer products.Brad was born and raised in Washington, DC. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering with honors from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA with honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Brad has served on the executive committee of the Product Development and Management Association board and has been awarded the American Marketing Association's Atlanta Marketer of the Year. He has been a coach of girls youth soccer and lacrosse for over 15 years and currently holds a US Lacrosse Level 2 Coach certification and Level 1 Referee certification. He was a speaker at the 2017 US Lacrosse national conference, where he gave a talk on coaching girls for competence in order to build confidence. Brad and his wife Kristin are the proud parents of three daughters who attend the University of Wisconsin, Marquette University, and Walton High School.
