As an experienced investment professional, I have spent over 17 years working in the infrastructure sector, with a focus on fund management, asset management, deal origination and execution, as well as fund establishment, operations, and strategy. I am responsible for managing a range of assets and originating deals in these sectors to deliver value to our clients. Notably, I directed the successful 40-year concession-style deals with the University of Melbourne and the Australian National University, worth A$300m and covering 4184 beds across ten existing residences on each campus, respectively. Additionally, I oversee the Dexus Diversified Infrastructure Trust, which has generated stable, long-term returns for global institutional investors, beating its benchmark across its almost 30-year vintage. I also hold directorial positions in Reliance Rail, where I helped deliver CityRail's Waratah suburban passenger trains, and Sydney University Village, where we provide affordable, self-catered student accommodation on campus at the University of Sydney.
