As a town planner and development advisor, I’ve been assisting clients and communities achieve positive planning, development and social outcomes for more than 30 years.In my current role as General Manager for RPS operations on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, I oversee the work of a diverse team of consultants. From town planning, to urban design, surveying, landscape architecture and environmental management, we support clients through the entire project lifecycle.Having worked as a development consultant in private practice for over 20 years, I’ve assisted in the delivery of a diverse range of projects, not only here on the Sunshine Coast, but also within Brisbane, Noosa, Moreton Bay and other areas of regional Queensland.I have extensive experience facilitating statutory planning assessments and the approval of complex development applications in coastal, CBD and inner urban areas; experience gained through my role as a planning consultant at RPS and during my 10 years as an urban planner with Brisbane City Council.In recent years, I’ve been at the forefront of substantial master planning projects at Kawana (Oceanside), Bokarina Beach, Bundilla (Brightwater), Caboolture West and Caloundra South (Aura), working in close association with the local Councils, community stakeholder groups, the Queensland Government, Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) and commercial clients.
