Range Control Stakeholder Team Lead, managing industry access, construction projects and software projects to facilitate oil and gas access and development on the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range. This entailed manpower planning, protocols, policies, and procedures for all oil & gas operators on the range, as well as connection to the local military range users and first responders.Previous military experience included: personnel management (CF-18 Sqn Supervisor), operational planning and deployment (domestic (North America) and international (Europe)), electronic warfare and weapons training and instruction (FEWAR Instructor), large project flight test and evaluation (CF-18 R1 Fleet Upgrade), flight safety (UFSO), aviation personal protective equipment management (UALSEO), instrument check pilot (Fighter Force ICP), and fighter pilot flight instructor and standards manager (410 Sqn Stds Officer).
