This entailed manpower planning, protocols, policies, and procedures for all oil & gas operators on the range, as well as connection to the local military range users and first responders.Previous military experience included: personnel management (CF-18 Sqn Supervisor), operational planning and deployment (domestic (North America) and international (Europe)), electronic warfare and weapons training and instruction (FEWAR Instructor), large project flight test and evaluation (CF-18 R1 Fleet Upgrade), flight safety (UFSO), aviation personal protective equipment management (UALSEO), instrument check pilot (Fighter Force ICP), and fighter pilot flight instructor and standards manager (410 Sqn Stds Officer).
