Following the 6 months maternity cover which I had originally been employed for anopportunity arose to become a permanent member of staff as Head of the Department, myresponsibilities then became as per the following;- Creating and maintaining efficient agency processes- Scoping, planning and evaluating all incoming projects- Managing all creative.

I first started at Publicis to cover a PM who was on 6 months Maternity leave, where Icovered several accounts in a Project Management capacity.Accounts: Hula Hoops, Beefeater, Kahlua, Tia Lusso & Renault.

After 6 years as a Project Manager at Dorlands I was promoted to the Head of the CreativeServices dept where my responsibilities then included;- Creating and maintaining efficient agency processes- Scoping, planning and evaluating all incoming projects- Managing all creative resourcing and brief allocation to ensure delivery deadlines werecontinually met.
