During my stint of freelance at CHI i was the Producer on various projects, one being a new poster campaign and visual identity for the Freedom Brewery account. In addition to this i produced Press campaigns, OOH, HPTO’s and digital content for Lexus, whilst Project Managing the creative development process of a new integrated campaign for Green Flag. Finally, i was heavily involved in Project Managing New Business pitches for M&S, McVities Global and Godiva chocolates.

Following the 6 months maternity cover which I had originally been employed for anopportunity arose to become a permanent member of staff as Head of the Department, myresponsibilities then became as per the following;- Creating and maintaining efficient agency processes- Scoping, planning and evaluating all incoming projects- Managing all creative resourcing and brief allocation to ensure delivery deadlines werecontinually met- Resourcing of the internal design studio, maximising additional revenue streams- Running project kick off meetings- Line managing my dept of Producers across TV and Print projects- Running weekly status meetings with the ECD, CEO, MD's, CD's and Business Directors- Mentoring and training account teams on Project Management processes- Setting the agencies production rate cards and liaising with Client's cost controllers- Purchasing of all print material- Running pre-production meetings with clients to ensure the smooth running of all stillsshootsIn addition to these responsibilities i also continued to be the Producer on various accountsover the 12 years that i was at Publicis for, as well as working on many New Business pitches.Accounts: Renault, Ballantines, UBS, The Glenlivet, United Biscuits.Publicis London

At MDK it was my responsibility to ensure that all artwork, retouching, repro files and printmaterial were produced to the correct specifications and all deadlines were met whilstkeeping all projects on budget for this extremely busy Recruitment Advertising Agency.When i first started, all of the production material for the agency was out sourced to externalsuppliers and my role was to liaise with these companies on a daily basis managing themany print schedules.
