I spent the best part of a decade in the health sector, starting as a consistent top level sales agent, before moving into senior management for one of the largest employers in Bournemouth. This experience has taught me a lot about how to take a step back in order to problem solve and move forward. Dedicated to giving the best advice/service possible, I am proud to now head up the sales side of a forward thinking team in Protection Experts. Collectively, we have learned from the best and worst experiences within our careers to date and aim to become a name that professionals can depend on.I'm competitive, and take pride in being at the forefront in whatever I do. Along with my own sales ability, I have a proven track record in training/coaching/developing others, and am proud to have helped develop many who have gone on to hold senior positions themselves. I fully believe that although sales ability is a talent, it is also something that can be trained to those with the desire to succeed, and I have helped people prove that to themselves time and time again in the past.I'm a genuine person who values good communication, and honesty. I believe in what I do, and am confident that my approach will continue to benefit others long into the future.
