This job requires me to call business to business and gage interest of Relevant Life insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Key shareholder insurance and PMI. Then book them in for a call with a broker. Therefore, I have to handle customers and potential clients, turning cold calls into sales. I also manage the admin side of booking in clients for the brokers.

As a Lead Generator, I had to fully understand Private Medical Insurance and how the Axa Health Policies work. I’d then have to be a bubbly, kind voice over the phone to new customers to qualify whether they’d be appropriate to join an Axa policy and pass them through to the correct person to discuss further.

As a hostess, my responsibilities were to greet and look after customers, serve drinks, clean tables, organise and carry out bottle service; as well as maintain a friendly, sophisticated approach.

Over about 6-9 months of 2021, I looked after three lovely children aged 5, 8 and 11.This included making them meals, packed lunches, taking them to school, helping them with their morning and night routines as well as taking them out for day activities such as nature walks, pottery painting, cinema trips, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed this job and would do it again in a heartbeat.

At The Body Shop my responsibilities were to ensure I knew and could explain every product and benefits; ensure customers were pleased; assess customers' facial features for skin products and be able to match products correct to customers; replace stock; up-sell products; clean and monitor the store.I thoroughly enjoyed working here as I’m quite a people person and enjoyed helping others with their skincare and hair care.

I taught music at two primary schools for year groups 1-6 and was supplied with template lesson plans that I carried out and could add to.

Family Entertainer; Performer. April 2018 – January 2019During this contract, I worked as a Family Entertainer and a Performer. My role was to entertain on stage from 10am until 9pm running organized sessions and games including the discos, dance classes, sports and arts activities, etc. Each evening I was a performer in the cabaret shows, or Pantomimes (pantomimes were in the Christmas season) for families and residents in and out of the hotel. The show changed every season, so I was constantly learning new choreography and was given the opportunity to choreograph for some solo and duo pieces. I also entertained from 9 30pm- 10 30pm with Family Quiz Nights, Family Game Shows, etc. Some of my responsibilities included doing the lighting, sound, setup for every entertainment session and introducing myself and Funsters to guests, whilst being the socialites of the hotel. In any meeting with my boss and manager, the comment most made is that the amount of energy I have maintained throughout all my sessions and that I am hard-working.
