Kit Digital purchased Hyro to deliver its IPTV digital pipeline for the Asia Pacific Region.Kit Digital specialise in IPTV streaming technology which allows new broadcast channels to deliver video content via package subscriptions over the internet. A number of projects were launched across Asia, which required our technicians to learn and extend the Kit Digital IPTV technology solutions.The established Hyro clients and services continued to be executed during this period.

I worked for the Northern EMEA techncial support team for WebLogic Application Server and WebLogic Portal solutions for mission critical situation customers.This involved managing client communication, defining action plans, replicating technical client issues in the internal labs, and raising core product change requests to the development team. I learnt negotiations and planing skills of dealing with escalated issues under extreme pressure and short time frames.

Build, Configuration, Administration & Release Management of all corporate J2EE applications across the companies organisational units.The technical element of the role included the ongoing administration and performance maintainance and development of applications running on a BEA WebLogic Application Server Cluster on RedHat.The role required a strong project management presence when delivering newly developed applications to the business. Delivery Responsibilities included: * Functional, Load & Performance Testing * Environment Tuning * Business Training, Go Live support * Release Management for Testing, Pre-Production & Production environments.

During the early '90's I joined PowerSoft Australia and worked as a developer, team lead, and an trainer across Asian and EMEA.
