I recognized an opportunity during the down turn of the automobile industry, and developed a fixed operations sales training program. I successfully marketed my new business to dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada until late 2010 at which time I partnered with a similar Arizona business. With new resources I shared in the creation of a successful one day training program, 'Selling on the Drive'. With hands on training, lecture, videos and internet interaction we trained and coached ASM's and Service Managers in effective ways to increase dollars per RO.
