At Zoot we provide a PCI controlled SAAS environment to help financial institutions quickly make decisions regarding credit. We manage several of our own data centers in the United States and Europe. As a Network Administrator my role is to ensure that we provide constant availability to our clients while also maintaining a very tight security posture. Regional office support includes providing end user support for Windows 7 desktops, tracking and replacement of computer equipment, updating desktop applications using Novell Zenworks, and support for various desktop programs. I am also responsible for supporting several enterprise level Linux SLES 11 servers: the help desk server that is used by the Network Support staff, the internal website & applications server used by all staff, and the agencies Licensing server that is used to sell licenses at point of sale devices across the state and through the website.
