(Layoff due to lack of business) I honed my recruiting and technical skills even more during this timeframe, became a better recruiter and left on a real high note, making several contract and perm placements recently. Typically I had 10+ orders assigned to me. At the same time, I also had the opportunity to work on all of Atrilogy’s other orders and still make placements. This is a good example of my ability to take on high volume business, juggle several orders at a time, help close deals and leave no unfinished business. Most job orders were project based, but I also worked on contract to hire as well as direct-hire orders, which demonstrates how I can work at very different paces and cycles, while balancing very different time frames. Orders included only higher-level positions within ERP, Software Development and Infrastructure Support. Specific technologies included but not limited to SAP, Lawson, JDE, Oracle, Epic, Ab Initio, Java, SQL, .Net, Cisco, UNIX/Linux and Microsoft.
