I've been in the communications field for over 20 years in a wide range of Business Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Consulting and Management positions and currently work at Oracle.I'm a subject matter expert on the SIP protocol and have been instrumental in the certification and interoperability with various SIP carrier services as well as early architectural/development design of SIP softswitches. My extensive knowledge of both IP technologies (SIP, H.323, MGCP) on Carrier and Enterprise systems as well as TDM (e.g. ISDN, T1, Q.SIG) protocols, systems and applications provides significant expertise to help drive adoption and interworking of real-time communications. I currently work in sales engineering to drive adoption of Oracle's market leading Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and Analytic offerings into a variety of solutions that could be premise, hosted, private cloud and cloud based environments.
