Perform environmental, health, safety and compliance technical expertise to a location manager andoperations employees. I serve as a regional-corporate liaison regarding EH&S and compliance mattersby creating field engagement necessary to fulfill facility and company objectives.• I assist in implementation of new policies and procedures through audits and updated work practices.• I make recommendations for improvements to employees to work more safe.• Utilization of RCI documentation, scheduling, and record keeping.• Utilization of Asmark and Limble documentation, scheduling, record keeping and work orders.• I assist with inspection visits from regulatory agencies and inspectors.• I conduct training for employees at local and regional locations.• Train outside agencies such as Homeland Security, Hazardous Materials First Responders, LEPCcommittees, and Law Enforcement Agencies.• Investigate accident and incidents and make recommendations to prevent further incidents.• Assist with monitoring contractor safety and conduct safety orientation.• Assist with corporate safety functions such as safety days and truck rodeos.• Update and review all Risk Management Procedures and train managers and Employees on thoseprocedures.

Assist with DQ Files.• Perform safety training to personnel when needed.• OSHA injury log, Or 300 log, make sure it is current and posted from February to April.• Site Security Plan, Update, Improve. Performed a 100k project at 8 Facilities with camera system.• Train Employees on various tasks, emphasis on safety, as well as risk management.• I am an instructor on FMCSA Rules and Regulations regarding Commercial Motor Vehicle's Driver Files, DVIR, ELD, Hours of Service, Truck Maintenance Files, Annual Testing, Hazmat training. I am also an instructor on: Right To Know/Hazardous Communication, Respirator Training, Power Industrial Truck, Fire Safety, LOTO, PPE, and LP Gas cylinder training.
