Was responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of ATPCO's marketing strategy for it's airline membership program, Community Participation.

Was responsible for the creation and execution of ATPCO's marketing strategy for its contract automation solution, Express Contracts. This included developing collateral to support sales (sales decks, one pagers, blogs, case studies), monitoring competition, and ensuring a cohesive product story and consistent messaging across channels.During this time ATPCO saw its largest growth period in terms of customer acquisitions for Express Contracts.

As a Carrier Sales Representative, I was responsible for prospecting, contacting, and managing relationships with our carrier partners. In the fast-paced industry of logistics, this position taught me how to effectively manage multiple tasks at once by forcing me to become more organized. This position provided me with hands-on experience in negotiating prices and overcoming objections.

As a claims analyst, I worked closely with purchasing, sales, operations and our customers on resolving quality issues. Within the quality department, my primary function was managing customer claims for the company's automotive division. I was responsible for analyzing and reporting claims data to management.

My main responsibilities during my time as an intern at Mill Steel included: compiling data from our Power8 ERP system into Excel reports; scheduling lab testing, reviewing results, and approving coils for production; coordinating with vendors; and scheduling pickups of vendor rejected inventory. I was also given the responsibe for of completing all PPAP and APQP documents. I assisted in developing a system for notification, delegation, and completion of the necessary documents. The system reduced accidental repeats and improved completion accuracy, saving time and reducing costs.

As an intern at Deksia I was treated more like a part-time employee of the Business Development team than an intern. My time at Deksia helped me further develop my communication skills, both within the organization and with customers. My responsibilities included prospecting, qualifying, and contacting leads through cold calls and strategic email marketing.

As one of the three Co-Founders of Sugar Urethane, I was responsible for the development of our unique branding. I coordinated with graphic designers to develop simple yet eye-catching logos and wheel graphics. Through a combination of sponsorships, cross-promotion, and social/video media, we were able to create a widely recognized brand within the downhill skateboarding industry.
