*Formerly Brandman University, Part of the Chapman University System.Responsible for all aspects of accreditation and assessment including the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP), Western Associate of Schools and Colleges - Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), and California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Serve as a liaison to all accreditation bodies. Lead AAQEP and CTC accreditation efforts. Oversee data collection, generate assessment reports, and provide administrative oversight to the Teacher Accreditation Department, Clinical Practice Department, and School of Education Assessment Office.

Since 2000, National University has credentialed more teachers every year than any single institution in the state of California. As Director of Credentials Brad oversaw credentialing services which included: Directing a staff of 40 including 8 direct reports spanning 26 campuses in the enforcement of state and university program standards; development and implementation of strategic objectives. Assessing industry, university, and customer needs in order to develop & implement vision and direction for Credential Department staff. Assisting in the adjudication of student issues in credentialing and field student teaching placement. Working in collaboration with the Vice President of Student Affairs and School of Education Dean and Department Chairs in problem solving complex issues. Creating and managing systems to assess the quality and efficiency of credential student services. Developing, executing and overseeing Credential Department administrative processes, student orientations, technical interfaces/systems, and program advisement. Managing the departments annual operating budget.
