As the Retail Business Consultant with Aussie Home Loans I was responsible for guiding and coaching all the retail franchise stores for Aussie in WA from Geraldton to Albany. My role consisted of helping each store to continue to work on their business and not just in it so that they can reach their own personal and professional goals.

Business coaching and sales leadership for all the franchisees in WA. To provide quality communication to the franchise network on the strategic direction of Mortgage Choice, and to support the network with all business management activities.In the 3 years I was at the State Office with Mortgage Choice, I was nominated all years by the franchisees for The Adviser Best Aggregator BDM award and in 2015 made it as a finalist.

As Marketing Manager my role encompassed creating, developing and implementing marketing plans for all the franchisees in WA as well as looking into any potential marketing and lead generation opportunities that existed.

Purchased Lenards Warwick in August 2006 and took it from $15k pw in sales to over $22k pw in sales within a year. I also improved margins and personally took pride in every staff member I trained up to go on to bigger and better things over the years.Took the business from being in the bottom 10 of 350 stores nationwide to top 10 prior to selling. Sold the business after 6 and a half years to improve my work/life balance and devote more time to my all important family.
