CurrentContent Creation & Journeys:- Work closely with many different subject matter experts to create articles, webinars, eBooks, whitepapers and courses about IT Asset Management, a technical and complicated niche.- Helped build automated content journeys to progress and qualify leads based on their specific interests and needs.Webinars & Lightning Courses:- Manage our webinar program. Over two years and in a very specific niche, audience size has grown from 15-20 to 200-300.- Created our lightning course initiative – short, impactful courses that educate our clients and prospects and build trust in the Anglepoint brand.- Approximately 40% or our clients regularly attend our webinars and lightning courses. These have helped influence some of their decisions to renew or expand services with us.ABM:- Worked with our sales team to create our ICP and ABM strategy.- Have successfully engaged with over 60% of our target accounts.- Built relationships and rapport with over 15% of our target accounts, mainly through invites to personal webinars or podcast episodes.Marketing Operations/Technology:- Helped lead successful selection and adoption of two marketing platforms (ClickDimensions & HubSpot) and their integrations with CRM (Dynamics 365).- Assisted in integrating CRM with our BI platform (Domo) for advanced reporting. Created Domo pages and cards for measuring the following efforts: marketing funnel, revenue attribution, and channel performance (email, social, webinar, SEO, ABM, etc.).- Created a marketing revenue attribution model with definitions adopted across the company. - Developed and implemented lead scoring system.- Built ‘CRM resource center’ – video and written tutorials on how to properly use our CRM system so that our organization gathered as much relevant and clean data as possible.- Configured CRM to support sales team with data around lead/client interactions: event participations, form fills, email interactions, webpage visits.
