Senior Associate, Environmental Data Analyst, Corporate Sustainability Team

• Inform the Firm's efforts to reduce overall GHG emissions by 50% by 2030 and maintain 100% renewable energy• Increase data efficiency, accuracy, and end-to-end digital connectivity by implementing ESG data solutions and supporting integration of third-party data platforms, including, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, Yardi Plus, and Solar Gen• Drive alignment with cross-functional net zero teams in greenhouse gas accounting for carbon reduction initiatives and forecast methodologies• Improve business process and governance in preparation for 3rd party audit of the Firm’s sustainability disclosures by developing written materials, including reports, data controls, data management plan, internal communications, presentations, and research summaries • Measure and track performance through corporate sustainability data analysis aligned to GHG Protocol reporting standards• Support project and data management of multiple strategic sustainability initiatives across corporate landscape• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder globally to coordinate data collection and management
