Founded in 2003, 5.11 has built a reputation for authenticity by providing technically advanced products capable of withstanding extreme conditions and rigorous use while enhancing the safety, accuracy, speed and comfort of end users. 5.11 products are sold in over 90 countries from four global warehouses with over 75 factory partners.Responsible for global supply chain functions including forecasting, inventory management, production planning, logistics, customs compliance, quality control, distribution, custom embellishment, and ISO compliance / process improvement. Team consists of 9 direct reports and over 225 staff (~35% of company total) with a direct reporting relationship to the CEO. Oversaw and supported numerous strategic initiatives, including market sizing and consumer segmentation research.

Responsible for leading consulting teams; managing and developing client relationships; and selling new business (developing IP, writing proposals, prospecting new clients).
