Virginia attorney Bradford Jacob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business in 1989. Mr. Jacob continued his studies at the university’s T.C. Williams School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1993. After completing his degrees, Bradford Jacob joined the U.S. Army and served as an Assistant Operations Officer from 1990 to 1991. In this capacity, Mr. Jacob’s responsibilities included combat-readiness evaluations and mobilization training. He also coordinated and assessed battalion field exercises. From 1991 to 1997, Bradford Jacob served with the U.S. Army Reserve in several positions, including Company Commander and Brigade Operations Officer. While an officer with the U.S. Army Reserve, Bradford Jacob joined the Virginia State Bar in 1993 and practiced law for two years at Midkiff & Hiner, PC, in Richmond, Virginia. As an Associate Attorney, Mr. Jacob focused on energy regulation and lobbying, general liability defense, and workers’ compensation defense. Bradford Jacob went on to work with the law firms TaylorWalker PC in Norfolk and Sands, Anderson, Marks and Miller, PC, in Richmond. Mr. Jacob returned to the U.S. Army in 2003 as a Medical Claims Supervisor stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina and used his experience as an attorney to analyze medical malpractice claims.Currently, Bradford Jacob functions as President of EPC Consulting, LLC, which he joined in 2011. Located in Midlothian, Virginia, EPC Consulting serves the construction and energy industries. Mr. Jacob’s accomplishments with EPC Consulting include the successful negotiation of terms and conditions for more than $4 billion in commercial contracts. In addition, Bradford Jacob has provided contract management and claims support for over $1 billion in commercial projects. A resident of Midlothian, Mr. Jacob enjoys swimming, skiing, and playing baseball and basketball.
