A highly strategic thinker, Brad provides an expert perspective on economic development, impact assessment, program evaluation, broadband equity, and stakeholder engagement. With a policy portfolio that combines international capacity building, education policy, workforce development, and disaster recovery, Brad creates innovative solutions to complex problems at the federal, state, and local level. Previously, Brad worked in the investment management industry, where he excelled at communicating and identifying investment strategies to institutional clients and their advisors, with expertise in Liability Driven Investing, total return strategies, overlay solutions, infrastructure, and private credit investments. Brad worked with ERISA, Public, and Taft-Hartley/Multi-Employer pension plans, as well as DC plans, hospitals, insurance companies, Endowments & Foundations, state & local governments, and other institutional clients.Brad holds a Master of Public Administration degree and public policy analysis certificate. He is a graduate of DePaul University, where he earned a B.S. degree from the School of Commerce, with a concentration in business management. In his free time, he is a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, a performing bass and guitar player, and an avid hiker.
