Formerly with The May Company (L.S. Ayres & Co.), the City of Indianapolis, Indy Partnership, Colliers, RE/MAX Commercial, and Charles C. Brandt Construction, my entire 30+ year career has revolved around facilities, real estate, leadership, and strategy.In the public sector, I held positions with the City of Indianapolis focused on planning administration, zoning, development, and constituent communications. At Indy Partnership, I served as Project Manager, Marketing Manager and Director of Motorsports/Sports Initiatives to promote central Indiana as a cost effective location to relocate, start, or expand a business.In 2002 I earned my Indiana real estate license and joined Indianapolis-based F.C. Tucker Co. After a year in residential real estate sales, I transitioned to commercial brokerage and remained in the industry for over 17 years. In August 2019, I joined Charles C. Brandt Construction in a newly created role - Director of Strategic Development.
